The government has issued an amendment to the Inland Revenue Act No 24 of 2017.
The Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act was passed in Parliament on 4 May 2021 and certified on 13 May 2021 by the Hon. Speaker.
This Amendment Act brings into law the Government budget proposals which were announced in November 2020 and other announcements made in January 2020.
